Weightloss

Ok I weight 240..I want to weigh about 135-140. I have 100 lbs to lose..I kinda wanted to lose this before April but I know that's totally impossible. My husband returns from Iraq for 2 weeks leave in April and I wanted to look good for him. Well I bought special k cereal and water. My mom and I are joining the gym tommorow and will go an hour everynight after the girls go to bed. I'm nervous about not being able to do it. I've tried this soo many times before and failed. This time though it is a back issue. Maybe that will hopefully be my motivation..

Goodluck!! I'm trying to get fit at the moment so I know how hard it is.. B was a personal trainer before joining the army so he has given me heaps of advice so now I just have to stick with it!! Keep posting about how you go with the weight loss!!
