Update on Weightloss

Well I gained 4 lbs. I'm really not going to the gym like I should be. I actually went tonight by myself. I walked for 15 minutes on the treadmill on an incline so I burned 153 calories. I also stopped at CVS and bought 6 pack of poland spring water and the slimquick flavor packs for the water. My goal now is to drink more water then soda (thats my weakness) and go to the gym for an hour everynight. I'll see how that goes.

Keep up the motivation you had today and you will be just fine :) It is very hard to get into a routine, but once you get there you feel good about yourself. Keep up the hard work :)

I have a membership tot he local YMCA, but i never use it. Have been contemplating watching that exercise channel non-stop so I can catch a few sets in now and then during the day.
I hope the pop detox goes smoothly. Keep it up, you'll see results soon enough :o)
