Well tonight was mt first night at the gym. I weigh 226. I started on the treadmill and walked for 30 minutes. It went up hill and would go fast and slow down. I was sooo out of breathe but I did burn 213 calories. Not bad. I also bought Diet Dr. pepper which tastes like regular soda. Thats my biggest weakness is soda and chocolate. I'll update you more on how this goes.
