I need to lose at least 100 lbs and I have no motivation at all. I still drink soda and eat crap. I am 5'7 and weigh 206. I'm supposed to be between 135 and 160 to be healthy. I'm worried about heart problems, diabetes, high cholesterol. I want to look good for once in my life before it gets to late. I need some help..I really think I'm an emotional eater because half the time I'm eating, I'm not even hungry. How do you stop something like that? Any advice would be appreciated.
